No, as a courtesy and for the security of all guests, no parties or events are allowed on the property.
Refund Policy:
72 Hours Notice for Partial Refund or Credit applied to a future stay. Guests will be responsible for the first day.
24 Hour Notice for a Full Credit to Rebook at a Later Date (except in the case of sickness, extreme weather or hardship, please contact management).
No shows will be billed at the full rate for your entire reservation.

Pet Policy & Deposit: 40lbs maximum, friendly breeds only.
Pet deposit required of $350 per pet, and will be fully or partially refunded upon inspection for damage upon your departure.
Damages in excess of of $350 will be billed to the credit card on file.
Units fully ventilated after each stay and air purified.
Bathrooms, Living Area, Bedroom & all High-Touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
All towels and bedding are washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF.
All dishes, utensils and kitchen supplies are cleaned on the highest setting.
Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact

In the bathroom we supply each unit with plush towels and a starter supply of toilet paper, tissue, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.
In the living area and kitchen we supply each unit with beach towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, serving dishes, glassware, dish towels, a coffee maker and a starter supply paper towels, cleaning supplies, a sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent.
This is a no smoking property to preserve the health and safety of all guests.
Each unit contains three smoke detectors. Indoor smoking, vape use or tampering with smoke detectors is strictly prohibited. A minimum penalty of $350 for cleaning will be issued plus damages.
Upon your departure, any missing or damaged furnishings or materials (towels, kitchenware etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file. 365 Ocean towels and beach towels are available for purchase in our management office as a keepsake.
For the courtesy of other guests, quiet hours are midnight to 7am.
The pool is for registered guests only. Please note, no lifeguard is on duty at the 365 Ocean private pool. Please see additional rules posted by the pool.
